Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If there is ever a problem with a service you’ve paid for, we’re here to make it right. Refunds may be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Service not rendered or fulfilled: In the rare event that a client has been charged but has not received the promised service due to a technical error, oversight, or failure on our part, we will initiate a full refund after confirming the issue.
  • Duplicate charges: If you notice that you’ve been billed more than once for the same service, please notify us. Upon verification, we will immediately refund the additional charge.
  • Billing discrepancies: Should you believe there has been an error in your invoice or payment, we ask that you get in touch with us within 7 calendar days of the charge. We will carefully investigate the matter and provide a refund if an error is found.

Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval. The timing may depend on your bank or payment provider’s processing speed.

Cancellation Policy

We strive to offer flexibility and convenience to all our clients. If you need to cancel a service or subscription, we’ve made the process as straightforward as possible:

  • Monthly subscriptions: These can be cancelled at any time. We recommend submitting a cancellation request before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will automatically expire.
  • Custom or enterprise engagements: For larger, project-based or custom service agreements, we ask for a written notice at least 14 days in advance of the desired cancellation date. In these cases, any prepaid amounts may be refunded on a prorated basis, depending on how much of the project has been completed at the time of cancellation.
  • Free trial periods (if applicable): If your service begins with a trial period, you may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid charges. Once the trial ends, standard billing will commence unless cancelled beforehand.
